GM Remia Residence is a collaboration between Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd and GM Klang Sdn Bhd.
With a projected gross development value of RM180mil, the property is being developed on 1.21ha of freehold land in Bandar Botanic, Klang.
The construction of a 24-storey serviced apartment is progressing ahead of schedule.
The development is offering 350 units of serviced apartments in three sizes with built-up areas ranging from 815sq ft and 899sq ft, priced from RM450,000 each.
At the official launch of GM Remia Residence held at its sales gallery in Botanic Resort Club, Bandar Botanic, Gamuda GM Klang Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Lim Seng Kok said: “We are very proud of this as it is situated within a gated and guarded neighbourhood of Bandar Botanic, which is an award-winning township developed by Gamuda Land.

Gamuda GM Klang Sdn Bhd senior general manager Robin Low said each unit came with free kitchen cabinet and two parking bays.
He said common amenities and recreational facilities such as a swimming pool and children’s playground were located on the fifth floor.
In addition, they are providing 7% rebate off the property price and free legal fees as part of incentives to increase the project’s affordability for new buyers.
“We want young families who do not own any property to be homeowners,” Low added.
He said the project was developed to provide comfortable homes for young families.
In addition, the targeted group included young professionals and entrepreneurs as well as retirees, investors, traders and wholesalers operating in GM Klang Wholesale city.
“So far, we have sold about 50% of the units,” he said.
To date, Low said the 22nd floor had been completed and the project would be ready by the end of next year or early 2021.

GM Remia Residence is easily accessible via a number of major roads and highways such as Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway, Elite Expressway, Kesas Highway, Shapadu Highway, Federal Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway and South Klang Valley Expressway.
The Batu Nilam LRT station for the LRT 3 project will be about 600m away from the development.
