A FITTING send-off for a great teacher, that was what can be described of the retirement celebration of Dr Sim Hock Keat, the principal of St Xavier’s Institution in Penang.
Starting at the school as a normal subject teacher in 1993, Sim move up the ranks until he was appointed the school principal in 2017.
