Grave robbers strike again in Miri

Robbers broke open tombs in a cemetery in Miri and stole valuables buried with the dead.

MIRI: The traditional ethnic practice of burying jewellery and heirlooms in coffins with the deceased ought to be stopped in Sarawak.

This practice is no longer necessary, said a local pastor Timothy Jackson.
