ICONIC Worldwide Bhd’s maiden property project Iconic Point recorded a 100 per cent take-up rate during its soft launch at its sales gallery in D’Piazza Mall, Penang.

Ten minutes into the two-day soft launch, 70% of the units offered were snapped up by keen buyers who queued up as early as 4.30am in the morning. The booking was on a first-come-first-served basis.
