THE culture of innovation and creativity at all levels of society needs to be enhanced through the implementation of science, technology and innovation (STI) programmes and activities, said the Raja Muda of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail.

He said all parties, especially teachers, students, parents, non-governmental organisations and the industry, should provide comprehensive support to raise public awareness and interest in STI.
