Soul Statue is celebrating the official launch of its EP in Backyard tonight

MALAYSIAN rock band Soul Statue, which has been active since early 2010, celebrates a milestone tonight when it officially launches its first EP in Backyard Pub Sri Hartamas.

The band’s current line-up comprises founding members Adi (vocals/keyboards) and Ariff (bass), Hasnol (guitar), Munir (drums) and Anis Kalisa (guitar).

Since late 2012, the band has been singing out strong in Backyard on Saturday nights and has built up quite a following among regulars.

The self-financed EP, Ain’t Gonna Be The Same, was released in April and has five songs. It is available on physical CD as well as on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify and Deezer.Tonight, the band takes the stage to celebrate the official launch of the EP alongside two guest bands - The Woohoo and Strikeout.
