RESIDENTS and business operators in a shop-apartment complex in Taman Indah Murni, Segambut Tengah, Kuala Lumpur are urging the authorities to solve several long-standing problems afflicting the property.

They said the complex had been without a Joint Management Body (JMB) despite numerous efforts to have one set up over the past 30 years, and its owners had yet to receive their strata titles.
