Baffled over illegal dumping

THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) is concerned over the discovery of illegal dumpsites on the mainland.

Council president Datuk Rozali Mohamud said he was baffled as to why illegal dumping was still happening although it only costs private contractors RM20 for a daily permit to dispose off their waste at the Pulau Burung landfill.
