PENANG Water Supply Corporation Sdn Bhd (PBAPP) is targeting to achieve a 100% technical personnel competency by the end of this year.

Its chief executive officer Datuk Jaseni Maidinsa said PBAPP now has 204 technicians and plant operators to support its water distribution and water treatment operations, of which 181 have the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM).
