THERE was joy in the air during the Tanjong and Padang Kota Chinese New Year open house in Penang which saw guests tucking into a scrumptious buffet and enjoying stage performances.

The visitors were greeted by Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow, who is also the Tanjong MP and Padang Kota assemblyman.
