First caring carnival sees success

MORE than 25 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) came together to organise the inaugural Perak Caring NGOs Carnival alongside Ipoh’s Car Free Day.

Themed “We Care”, the event was attended by Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu on Jalan Raja Dihilir.
