No camping on Penang Hill

Screen grab of a YouTube video, posted in May 2017, of campers preparing their meals at the public viewing deck on Penang Hill right below the No Camping sign.

WHILE it is fun to camp on Penang Hill, the trouble with the occasional campers is that they can make a mess.
