JOHOR BARU: Renovation contractors have been blamed as the main culprits for the mushrooming of illegal dumpsites in the state.
Johor Local Government, Science and Technology Committee chairman Tan Hong Pin said so far, some 320 illegal dumpsites have been identified statewide.
