A HOLISTIC flood mitigation plan to overcome flash floods in Shah Alam is being discussed by authorities in Selangor.
Infrastructure and Public Amenities, Agriculture, and Agro-Industry Committee chairman Izham Hashim said there were pocket areas facing flash floods and these problems need to be addressed.
