KOTA KINABALU: Sabah is looking at outsourcing marine and coastal rubbish collection and disposal.
State Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Christina Liew said the proposed move is necessary in view of the huge amount of rubbish washed ashore during high tide and the presence of illegal dumpsites.
