FOR as long as I can remember, I was always suffering from pain and tension around my shoulders. But all of that changed ever since my pharmacist introduced me to her preferred method of dealing with the problem.

It began when I started my new job in a big corporate company. I often found my neck and shoulders to be quite stiff after spending hours looking down at my phone.
