Turning bottle caps into art

SOME 71,000 plastic bottle caps will be collected and turned into 3D murals with the co-operation of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) in Tanjong Malim, Perak.

Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) president Datuk Rozali Mohamud said UPSI had embarked on a mission to educate the community in terms of knowledge transfer by giving training and courses as well as co-operation in carrying out the programme.
