KUANTAN: Pahang police will emphasise on the use of taser guns for frontline personnel in upholding law and order among the public, said state police chief Comm Datuk Seri Rosli Ab Rahman.
He said the gun would only cause a spontaneous electroshock on the targeted person, which was a smart approach in apprehending suspects.
