Three to sue as DBKL cancels contracts for 18 parcels of land


Nipped in the bud: Kuala Lumpur mayor Tan Sri Mohd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz has cancelled the contracts for the sale of 18 plots of land.

KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has terminated the sale of 18 parcels of land and could face legal action by unhappy buyers.

Mayor Tan Sri Mohd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz said it was likely that three of the buyers would sue DBKL for breach of contract.
