RAMPANT cases of snatch thefts prompted retired policeman Michael Sundram to set up the SS15/2 and SS15/3, Subang Jaya, Rukun Tetangga five years ago.

“I often heard cries for help from snatch victims then. The culprits normally struck in the alleys. The problem made me decide to set up the RT and patrol team,” he said.
