Change helmets every three years

WEARING sub-standard helmets could prove to be fatal for motorcyclists, said Penang Road Safety Department (JKJR) deputy director Roziah Aziz.

She said a Sirim-approved helmet should be used instead, but it can only be used for a period of three years.
