Underprivileged students get school essentials

ABOUT 200 pupils from Bagan Datuk received school essentials from Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) during a ‘Back To School’ presentation ceremony.

The ceremony was held at SMK Hutan Melintang with Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s special officer Datuk Khairuddin Tarmizi presenting the items to underprivileged pupils from several schools. Each recipient received a set of uniform, shoes and bags, worth RM200.
