Repaired roof of walkway is stronger and safer now

RESIDENTS living near the Payang market in Terengganu can once again use the covered walkway after a section of the collapsed roof was repaired.

Kuala Terengganu Mayor Samiun Salleh said the repair works were done in record time after a roof covering about a 60m stretch of the walkway was damaged in a storm on New Year’s day.
