KUALA Selangor District Council (MDKS) has launched an investigation into the enforcement officer caught on a closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera flipping over a tray full of fish at a wet market.
StarMetro contacted MDKS acting president Mohamad Yusli Askandar who confirmed that the officer was indeed from the council and an internal investigation was being carried out.
