KUCHING: The state Welfare Department will introduce a number of “signature programmes” this year to improve its delivery service in line with its 2018-2020 strategic plan.

Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah said one of the new programmes was a disaster relief simulation exercise.
