MIRI: Stop blaming the city council for the dirty state of affairs in Miri city and play your part in curbing the blatant rubbish-dumping.

That is the frank advice to residents, traders and shopkeepers as well as operators of eateries, businesses and factories in Miri from Sarawak Assistant Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Lee Kim Shin.
