BALIK Pulau Hospital won Penang’s Cleanest Toilet competition in the government department category at the state-level World Toilet Day celebration.

Elated by the win, the hospital’s outpatient department supervisor Mohd Norhizam Mohd Radzi said they were happy to finally bag the top prize in the category.
