TEN priorities were selected by Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) stakeholders to form the Seberang Prai Strategic Plan 2018-2022.
They include a safe, green and clean environment, quality facilities and infrastructure, healthy lifestyle, new technology applications, competitive economy, strengthening of heritage and culture, resilient and liveable city, community involvement and inclusive urban development.
