THREE Indonesian factory workers cheated death when the zinc roof of their fourth floor low-cost flat was blown off by strong winds.
The incident at Taman Merak Jaya, Simpang Ampat, Penang, also caused the exposed brick structure to fall onto four units on the top floor.
