Scratch-and-display parking system in Subang Jaya met with mixed reactions

IT SEEMS like deja vu for Subang Jaya residents who will now be using the scratch-and-display parking coupons once again.

In a reversal move, Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) is re-introducing the prepaid scratch cards for parking, a method in use nearly two decades ago before it was replaced by the pay-and-display machines in 2001.
