The Spice of Prosperity menu series highlights Sichuan-native chef Justin Song’s authentically bold and flavourful creations.
Song has lined up an array of fresh seafood and vegetables and mouth-watering Sichuan signature dishes such as Stir-fried Black Pepper Wagyu Beef, Red Fortune Sichuan Spicy Chicken and Sichuan Mala Broth.
The festive dining experience also includes hot pot buffet priced at RM238nett or a full-course Chinese New Year set from RM258nett per person.
For a la carte orders, the Prosperity Treasure Yee Sang is available for dine-in or takeaway with salmon or fried soft shell crab topping, and classic or Sichuan-style sauce pairing.
Over at The Mesh, diners can relish oriental signatures such as Flower Chilli Crab with Mantou, Salmon Nyonya Fish Curry and Claypot Chicken Rice.
Available between Feb 16 and 18, the festive series introduces an oriental buffet spread from RM188nett per person.
