British rock band Coldplay has unveiled the music video for its song, Man In The Moon, shot entirely in vibrant Singapore. The video showcases popular landmarks like Gardens By The Bay and Fort Canning Park while highlighting the city's lively neighbourhoods and lesser-known areas.

Featuring local talents, including cosplay artists and creatives, the video embodies the song’s theme of unity and shared experiences among different identities in Singapore's multicultural environment.

The video concludes with locals joining Coldplay on a custom-built float as they sing the chorus together at Marina Bay.

Directed by Ben Mor, who previously worked on Coldplay’s Hymn For The Weekend music video, this project was produced jointly with Warner Music Singapore and Singapore Tourism Board.

Man In The Moon is available on the Full Moon Edition of the band's Moon Music album, which was released in October 2024. The song is one of three additional tracks on the Full Moon Edition.

The music video was filmed in January last year during the band’s Music Of The Spheres world tour in Singapore.

In a statement released by the Singapore Tourism Board, the band said: "While we were in Singapore, we shot the video and captured some of the amazing, young, vibrant people that we had met. We are interested in shooting things in places we have never filmed before and mixing people up as much as possible. It was really fun to have a kind of dance party out in the middle of the water, just us and the otters."
