There's a lot of pink at White Limozeen, but that’s to be expected for a bar and restaurant that takes inspiration from a country music legend who’s not known for being bashful: Dolly Parton.

Pink, in all its glorious shades, can be found throughout this new spot on top of the Graduate Nashville hotel, from the Barbie pink of the umbrellas around the rooftop pool, to the white-and-pink-striped outdoor sofas and subtle, rosy shade of the wall behind the bar.

Parton’s glam factor is also mirrored in the sparkling chandeliers and plush furniture – not to mention the decadent food and drinks menu.

The food menu’s bigger items include a white bread burger and mussels steamed in Nashville hot butter, while smoked trout fritters are among the smaller bites. Patrons can sip on a magenta-hued cocktail like Queen of The Rodeo or a frozen Aperol spritz next to the pool.

“Inspired by Music City greats who moved to Nashville to chase their dreams, White Limozeen is a celebration of the nonconformists that have always done it their own way, ” says Graduate Hotels CEO Ben Weprin of the location, which shares its name with a Parton album.

Parton, a petite woman with huge blonde hair is an undeniable part of Nashville, the country music hub in the US state Tennessee, and is known for a long list of songs that are well-known around the world, including Jolene, I Will Always Love You and 9 To 5. – dpa
