Whether you love minimalist makeup, statement lips and bold eyeshadow or high-impact mascara, there are plenty of makeup trends this year's fall season for beauty lovers to try out.
Whether it’s looks straight off the runways or inspiration from viral makeup reels, here are this season’s most popular beauty trends.
Barely there
Minimal makeup has been trending for a few years now, and it looks like it’s here to stay.
Very subtle cat-eye liner, a touch of pink blush to the cheekbones or a tiny amount of pink eyeshadow are all ways to adopt this trend.
The idea is to add depth to your best features and complexion without using too much product, so you can try outdifferent ways to achieve contoured eyes and cheeks.

Radiant glow

With the right highlighters dusted across your cheekbones and browbones, you’ll be able to get that radiant finish. Choose a concealer that gives your skin an additional shine, and apply it sparingly to the inner, under and outer corner of the eyes.
For an instant lift effect, you can also apply highlighter upwards towards the temple.
All about the eyes
From double dose mascara to shimmery deep shadow, drawing attention to your peepers is a super hot trend this season.
Beautiful smoky eyes are all the rage right now, and there are tons of eyeshadow palettes in the market to help you achieve this look.
To further emphasise dramatic eye makeup, bleached brows are the way to go (but save this for a full-blown fashion party, the look might go underappreciated at your grand aunt’s 80th birthday do).
Statement lips
Lip colour in bold shades are in trend right now, and don’t be afraid to go big and experiment with unusual hues.
Combine dark lip liner and pigmented colours, or go for holographic lips, which Harpers Bazaar describes as a look created using sparkling gloss on top of dark liner.
Bronze and brown
Latte makeup, a trend which calls for browns and soft bronzes all over the face, has been spotted on Gigi Hadid, Zendaya, Hailey Bieber and plenty of other celebrities.
If you love playing around with nude tones, latte makeup is just a step up from this, which is layering various shades of brown to achieve a monochromatic look.
You can also dab a dash of warm blush to accentuate your cheeks, or contour along your cheekbones and jawline using a light contour stick.

Goth, but keep it soft
Not everyone is prepared to go full Morticia Addams, so it’s a good thing that soft goth is in this season and you can adopt a more Billie Eilish or Wednesday Addams approach to the trend.
Goth-inspired looks on the runway have inspired beauty lovers to experiment with vampy lip colours, thick lashes and smokey eyes.
Layer lots of mascara to achieve the spidery lash look and complement this with shiny black lip gloss or matte (if you dare – it’s an intense look).
You can always take it down a notch by blurring out your eyeliner while layering on dark eyeshadow.
