The recent fashion weeks saw glamour returning to the runways. Physical shows are once again, a mainstay of these events in major cities around the world.
In Milan, a Malaysian model has managed to catch all eyes. Vanizha Vasanthanathan was seen walking for labels Act N1 and Marco Rambaldi.
The Kuala Lumpur native shared pictures and a video on Instagram to celebrate her appearance at Milan Fashion Week.

"Living my dream and trust me it was not an easy journey!" she gushed, in one of her posts.
She is no stranger to runway modelling though. Her debut was in 2014 at Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week – and her career has taken off ever since.
The 29-year-old broke into the international modelling scene at 2016's Lakme Fashion Week in India. She has also appeared at China Fashion Week.
In past interviews with the media, Vanizha said that she had confidence issues growing up. It was the result of being teased about having dark skin when she was a child.

She also talked about how fashion inspired her. It offered a feel-good boost, whereby she came to the realisation that it was alright to look different.
Back in 2018, she appeared in Malaysian designer Farah Khan's collection of art-inspired designs. It was exhibited at Halcyon Gallery in London.
Just this month, Vanizha spoke out about racism in the local modelling industry. She explained to Vogue India that representation should be practised all the time.
"Unfortunately, people here still subscribe to the stereotype that girls need to be fair-skinned in order to be considered beautiful," she noted.
