The label -- a spinoff of the BCBG brand -- has launched a makeup and skincare line dubbed "Gen Beauty".
Skincare solutions on offer include day cream, night cream, lip masks, eye masks, facial mist, cleansing wipes and even pore strips, presented in fun pastel pink or holographic packaging.
On the makeup side, shoppers can choose from everything from eyeshadow and cheek palettes, to highlighting "dew drops" and glossy lip balms.
The brand describes the new collection as "Fun, on-trend products made to inspire the Gen girl and add another personal element to her always evolving style," according to reports by Allure.
BCBGeneration is not the only fashion giant focusing on beauty recently -- earlier this month, WWD reported that the luxury label Carolina Herrera is poised to launch "Carolina Herrera New York Makeup" in March. The designer Victoria Beckham launched "Victoria Beckham Beauty" last September, and womenswear designer Rebecca Minkoff is also reportedly planning to launch fragrance and beauty products in the near future. -- AFP Relaxnews
