Sara Khong, recipe developer and owner of New Malaysian Kitchen, believes that it is important for entrepreneurs to always be adaptable and keep developing their skills.

“Don’t put all your eggs in one basket, ” says Khong, 34, who is also a food consultant and stylist, and an author of four cookbooks, including Malaysian Meals In 30 Minutes.
