Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung may be 46, but she appears to have barely aged since her heyday.
Over the years, the Lost In Time (2003) star has continued to turn heads with her youthful appearance and flawless complexion.
Cheung recently shared her beauty and wellness routine in a video on social media, revealing that she follows a strict bedtime schedule to help her body “quickly recover” after a long day.
“Now that I’m older, if I stay up for just one night, it will take me a whole week to recover. Nowadays, I would already be in bed by 8.40pm getting ready to sleep,” she said.
Besides getting enough sleep, Cheung said she maintains a healthy, balanced diet, keeps her skin moisturised and adopts a relaxed mindset to stay in good shape.
In a separate video, Cheung opened up about her exercise routine, saying she does fat-burning and core workouts to maintain her slim physique.
She added that she used to favour outdoor workouts more than three decades ago.
However, as her skin is prone to developing dark spots, she has switched to exercising exclusively indoors in recent years to minimise prolonged sun exposure.
