Singaporean actress Julie Tan and influencer Douglas Tan have called it quits after slightly more than a year of dating.

The pair went public with their relationship on her 32nd birthday on Sept 22, 2024.

But Julie announced their split on Instagram Stories on Nov 19, writing: “Today, I want to share a personal update with love in my heart. Douglas and I have decided that our romantic journey together has come to an end.”

The 33-year-old content creator, who starred in anthology film Good Goodbye (2024), added: “This decision was reached with immense kindness and respect, and I will forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless adventures we shared.”

Thanking fans for the love they have shown the pair, she wrote: “While this chapter closes, I am leaving it with so much including clarity, wisdom and a friendship that I deeply value.”

Julie and Douglas have posted several videos and photos together on their social media accounts in the past year. They were last seen together in a group photo on Nov 4.

According to Douglas’s LinkedIn profile, he is currently a cinematographer with production house Tristeps Studios. He has around 51,500 followers on his Instagram account.

Julie said on social media in August 2023 that she had begun her egg-freezing process and revealed then that she had ended a four-year relationship.
