HK stars Joel Chan, Elena Kong crowned TVB’s Best Actor and Best Actress

Two long-time actors in the Hong Kong entertainment industry have nabbed the top acting prizes for the first time at the TVB Awards Presentation ceremony on Sunday (Jan 8).

Actor Joel Chan, 46, won Best Actor for his multiple roles in the supernatural drama Barrack O’Karma 1968, beating the other frontrunner Ruco Chan of I’ve Got The Power.
