Element Kuala Lumpur has introduced a new semi-buffet dining experience at Trace Restaurant and Bar.
The concept blends the freedom of buffet dining with the precision of freshly cooked made-to-order dishes, all set against panoramic views of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline.
The menu combines 18 to 25 cooked-to-order mains with free-flow appetisers and desserts, offering an elevated dining experience with an approachable price.
Western highlights include Grilled Lamb Slices with Sarawak Pepper Sauce, BBQ Braised Beef Short Ribs, and Pan-seared Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce, while local favourites feature Wok-fried Salted Egg Shrimp with Curry Leaves, Steamed Sea Bass Fillet and Sotong Celup Tepung with Garlic Chilli Dip.
Saturday dinner offers an elevated touch with Baked Gratinated Oysters and Spicy Fried Soft Shell Crab with Goma Sesame Dip, while groups of four can enjoy a complimentary Seafood Paella with Lobster Thermidor.
The Saturday dinner is priced at RM128nett per adult and RM64nett per child, while brunch on Sunday is at RM98nett per adult and RM49nett per child.
The restaurant is also presenting a Santai Petang Afternoon Tea, blending local inspirations with Western finesse in both sweet and savoury offerings.
Highlights include Prawn Kataifi with Tangy Chilli and Lime Sauce, Indian Fusion Pani Puri and Pandan Som Som with Gula Melaka.
The afternoon tea menu is available until June 30, from 1pm to 5pm daily.
