KUALA LUMPUR: ES Sunlogy Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd, has secured two subcontracts worth a combined RM25.07mil from Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd for works at Pulau Andaman, Penang.
In separate filings with Bursa Malaysia, ES Sunlogy said the first subcontract, valued at RM19.87mil, involves the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems for a serviced apartment development at Bandar Tanjung Pinang.
The development comprises two 46-storey serviced apartment towers with 540 units each, along with parking facilities, commercial spaces and other amenities.
The RM19.87mil subcontract has a commencement date of July 1, 2026, and is scheduled for completion on Dec 31, 2029, subject to extensions.
The second subcontract, valued at RM5.2mil, involves infrastructure works associated with the construction of five bridges comprising four vehicular bridges and one pedestrian bridge connecting phases 2A, 2B and 2C of the Pulau Andaman development.
The RM5.2mil subcontract has a commencement date of Nov 24, 2025, and is scheduled for completion on Aug 23, 2028, subject to extensions.
ES Sunlogy said both contracts are expected to contribute positively to its net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing throughout their respective project periods.
The company said the subcontracts constitute related-party transactions as Kerjaya Prospek (M) is part of Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd
