Exsim Hospitality secures RM42.48mil contract for building works


KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary EXSIM Concepto Sdn Bhd received a contract from Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd for building services and general building works valued at RM42.48mil.

It said in a stock exchange filing the works commenced on Sept 15, 2026, and is scheduled for completion on Sept 15, 2028.

The acceptance of the contract by ECSB to undertake the works is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the company.
