G3 Global secures RM3.37mil IT immigration project orders

PETALING JAYA: G3 Global Bhd has received and accepted two purchase orders from Binery Sdn Bhd for the development of four modules in relation to an information technology (IT) immigration project, worth RM3.37mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, G3 Global said the purchase orders cover the development of the four modules for the IT immigration project for a period of 12 months, with the commencement date to be mutually determined and agreed upon by both parties in due course.

“The company will utilise its internally generated funds to finance the costs to be incurred during the developing stage, including manpower and purchase of information and communications technology  hardware.” The company added that the purchase orders are expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net assets per share of the group throughout the duration of the purchase orders.

“The board, after having considered all aspects of the purchase orders, is of the opinion that the acceptance of the purchase orders is within the ordinary course of business of the company and is in the best interest of the company,” it said.
