Farlim names Lim Chu Dick as group MD


PETALING JAYA: Farlim Group (Malaysia) Bhd has redesignated its executive director, Lim Chu Dick, to the position of group managing director or MD with effect from Jan 1, 2027.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property development firm said Lim (42), is the son of Tan Sri Lim Gait Tong, who is the chairman, chief executive and managing director of the company; and also the director and shareholder of its holding company, Farlim Holding Sdn Bhd (FHSB).

Farlim added that Lim is the son of Datin Seri Chin Chew Lin, the director and shareholder of FHSB and brother of Judy Lim Chu Dee, shareholder of FHSB.

“Saved as disclosed above, he has no family relationship with any directors and/or major shareholders of the company.”
