SRKK AI to acquire five Klang office units for RM1.61mil

PETALING JAYA: SRKK AI Bhd has entered into five sale and purchase agreements for the proposed acquisitions of five office units in Klang, Selangor for RM1.61mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said it had entered into agreements with Zhong Lee Fishery Sdn Bhd, Lim Chai Leng, Chua Yok Wan, Lim Kean Seng and Lim Boon Kian for the proposed acquisitions.

“The proposed acquisitions will provide additional office space to accommodate the group’s growing workforce at its Klang office.

“As the properties are located on the same floor as the group’s existing Klang office, the group will be able to take up additional office space contiguously within its current premises. “

SRKK said this allows its operations in Klang to remain consolidated.

“Further, this is expected to enhance coordination and streamline workflow efficiency.”

The company said the purchase consideration for the proposed acquisitions will be funded through a combination of internally generated funds and / or bank borrowings, adding that the exact quantum of which will be determined by the board at a later date.
