’s said its wholly-owned subsidiary MN Power Transmission Sdn Bhd has secured Tenaga Nasional Bhd
’s contract for the establishment of a new Transmission Main Intake (PMU) 132/33 kilovolts (kV) Blue Valley (two times 45 mega-volt amperes) in Cameron Highlands, Pahang.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the contract, valued at RM71.02mil, was effective from Aug 12, 2026, and shall be completed 900 days from the commencement date.
The scope of the works include supplying, erecting, installing, testing and commissioning the new PMU 132/33kV Blue Valley with double busbar arrangement complete with relevant primary, secondary and all associated civil works.
“The contract will not have any effect on the issued share capital and the shareholding of the substantial shareholders of the company,” it said.
