PETALING JAYA: TSR Capital Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, TSR Bina Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of award from MIE Industrial Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of site clearing and earthwork in Seremban, Negri Sembilan, worth RM16.9mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TSR Capital said the scope of works under the contract includes the construction and completion of site clearing and earthworks.
“The contract is for a duration of four months and is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of financial year 2026.”
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, TSR Capital said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the group for the financial year ending June 30, 2027.
