SNS Network wins RM1.2bil AI server deal


PETALING JAYA: SNS Network Technology Bad has entered into a sales agreement with a leading Singapore-based global digital entertainment company for the supply, delivery, and provision of high performance artificial intelligence (AI) servers, worth RM1.22bil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the information and communication technology (ICT) company said the proposed supply is in the ordinary course of business of SNS Network as a provider of ICT products, services and solutions.

“The board is of the view that the proposed supply, upon completion, will contribute positively towards the future earnings of the company and its subsidiaries.”

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the SNS Network said the proposed supply is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the group for the financial year in which the products are delivered and revenue is recognised.
