Destini shareholders seek EGM to remove four directors

PETALING JAYA: Destini Bhd shareholders LINC Shared Services Sdn Bhd, Veritas Aman Sdn Bhd, WP Travel Sdn Bhd and Azulite Bloom Sdn Bhd have requisitioned an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Aug 21 to seek the removal of four current directors.

Destini noted the shareholders want to remove Datuk Abd Aziz Sheikh Fadzir, Ismail Mustaffa, Datuk Bahudin Mansor and Norashikin Mat Yusof — and in their place appoint Datuk Mua’Amar Ghadafi Jamal and Datuk Seri DiRaja Syed Razlan Ibni Syed Putra, the latter as Non-Executive Chairman.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Destini noted the requisitionists held more than 10% of its issued shares.
